Only rabbits that have been spayed or neutered and vaccinated against Myxomatosis and Viral Haemorrhagic Disease 1 & 2 will be accepted to board with us. This must be administered at least 14 days prior to boarding.  Proof of this certificate must be shown upon booking.

You will be required to fill out our booking form with your contact details/pet details.  You agree to bring enough of your pet’s usual dried food for the duration of their stay.  Fresh fruit, vegetables, water and high-quality dust free hay will be provided daily by us.

Your pet will be separated from other guests at all times unless they are a bonded pair.

A non-refundable deposit of £20 is required upon booking.  This is offset against your length of stay. The remaining payment must be paid in full on arrival day. All visits must be made by appointment only.  Please contact us as soon as possible if there is any lateness.

We accept cash & bank transfer. Short term stays 1, 2, 3 or 4 days are welcome.

Your pet must be collected by 12 noon on the day of agreed departure, lateness thereafter will incur an additional charge of:

£5 from 12pm till 3pm - £10 from 3pm till 6pm. After 6pm another day stay will apply.

 If you wish to collect your pet earlier than the agreed date, prior notice must be given, you will still be liable to pay the full amount.

All precautions will be taken to prevent illness. In the unfortunate event your pet becomes ill during its stay with us we will seek advise from our vet, a cost of £20 per hour will be charged to you for travel and waiting time.  Any medication as a result of this will be administered.  Medication will also be charged to you, to be paid in full on your pet’s departure date.

We reserve the right to refuse entry to any pet believed not to be in good health.

We will not be held responsible for any illnesses i.e Myxomatosis, Viral Haemorrhagic Disease strain 1 or 2, Fly Strike, Mites or any other diseases incurred during your pet’s stay.

We carry out regular checks to ensure rabbits are kept clean.

Fly Strike will be administered by us on your bunnies once per week to help prevent fly Strike, however, in the unfortunate event  your rabbit becomes a victim of Fly Strike we will not be held liable.

​

In the unlikely event that your pet passes away during their stay with us, you will be notified as soon as possible so arrangements can be made.  We will not be held liable if your pet becomes ill or passes away while boarding with us.

If your pet is not collected 7 days after the agreed date then we reserve the right to re-home your pet.

As this is our family home we request that there is no more than 3 people visiting at any one time. Children must be supervised by an adult at all times.  Petting of our other guests is not permitted by visitors.

All pets are left entirely at owners' risk.

We may photograph your pet for promotional purposes.

You are, however, able to opt out.
